Post Construction Cleaning

The aftermath of construction is not always the cleanest results. Most homeowners are left with messes and stress you just weren't looking for! Leave it to the professionals to ease that project back to a clean slate. 

We Are here to do what is an absolute must for customers satisfaction. "Get your home/ office to a clean haven".  The main goals very on renovations and projects. Rest assured we will clean your fixtures, floors, windows and doors to that pristine clean they deserve.

• All Floors vacuumed and moped.

• Kitchen- Wipe down of sinks, outside & inside cabinets (if empty), back splash, counter tops, stove tops and vents

• Small* appliance cleaning inside and out

• Larger* Appliance outside Refrigerator and oven 

• Dusting of Home, TV Stands, Furniture, picture frames, 

• All Baseboards and Interior Doors will be wiped. 

• Ceiling fan Blades, blinds, and lamp shades note*(vertical curtains, air vents, and Chandeliers not included)

• moving furniture and vacuuming/ mopping underneath

• Bathroom Sink, toilet, & bathtub will be wiped & Disinfected.

• Vanity will be cleaned along with any bathroom mirrors. 

• Empty all receptacles. (plastic bags are not included nor is hauling your trash)

• Wall within the area of renovations will be wiped and scuff marks removed.

• Cleaning of all inside windows (only1 Glass sliding door is included and all windows must be reachable)
